Understand the process of mechanical processing

  The workload of a machining factory is very large, with a high demand for processing quantities every day. If recyclable raw materials are chosen during processing and energy-saving, environmentally friendly, low-consumption processing machines are used, then less pollution will be generated.   When a machining factory is carrying out machining, the requirements for employees are generally very strict. Tasks must be completed within the specified time. In the production process, those processes directly related to the transformation of raw materials into products are called process processes. It includes blank manufacturing, part processing, heat treatment, quality inspection, and machine assembly, etc.

  The tools, fixtures manufacturing, and machine tool adjustment and maintenance required to ensure the normal operation of the process are considered auxiliary processes. In the process, the machining method gradually changes the shape, size, relative position, and performance of the blank in a certain order until it becomes a qualified part. This part of the process is called the machining process.

  The machining steps are the basic units in the process. The machining process of a part consists of several steps. A step may include one or several setups, each setup may contain one or several workstations, each workstation may include one or several operations, and each operation may include one or several tool paths.

  Forced vibration in machining is caused by the periodic external disturbance forces acting on the process system. The forced vibration in machining is no different from that in ordinary machinery; the frequency of forced vibration is the same as or a multiple of the frequency of the disturbance force.
