Before operating large machinery, protective gear should be worn properly. Gloves and scarves should not be worn. Before starting the machine, it is essential to understand the functions and operating methods of each handle, and check whether all parts of the machine are functioning normally. Before starting the machine, tools and workpieces must be securely clamped with a wrench. Large machinery should not be started without the permission of knowledgeable personnel. Before starting the machine, it is not allowed to change speeds, clear chips, or measure dimensions, and it is prohibited to touch moving parts. If foreign objects or chips are found on the machine, do not pick them up with your hands or blow them away with your mouth.
If any objects are found to be loose or if there are abnormalities in the equipment during the operation of large machinery, it is necessary to stop immediately. After operation, tools should be tidied up and the machine's working area should be cleaned. Do not place tools, workpieces, or other items on the machine's workbench.
During the operation of large machinery, it is not allowed to touch tools, workpieces, or other moving parts with hands. Do not lean your body against the machine to avoid causing other accidents. When two people operate a machine simultaneously, roles should be clearly defined and they should cooperate closely.
Controlling the quality of raw materials: High-quality raw materials are a prerequisite for producing high-quality products. Our company uses 40Cr and 45 steel to manufacture gears. Regardless of the method, raw materials must undergo strict chemical composition testing, grain size measurement, and purity assessment upon arrival at the factory. The purpose is to adjust thermal treatment deformation in a timely manner and improve the quality of gear shape processing.
Over 30% of gear transmission noise comes from burrs and impact damage. Some factories remove burrs and impact damage before assembling the gearbox, which is a passive approach to prepare for organizational readiness. It should be noted that during normalizing or quenching treatment, the furnace temperature must be kept uniform, and tools should be used to ensure that workpieces are heated and cooled evenly. Stacking them together is strictly prohibited.
