After the machining operation is completed, it is necessary to promptly clean the tools and the machine tool working area. During work, do not place tools, workpieces, and other items on the machine tool or workbench. During work, it is not allowed to touch tools, workpieces, and other moving parts with your hands, and do not lean your body against the machine tool to avoid other accidents.
When two people operate a machine at the same time, clear division of labor and close cooperation are required. In case of power failure or when leaving the machine tool, the machine tool should be turned off first to avoid accidents. In the production process, those processes directly related to the transformation of raw materials into products are called process processes. This includes blank manufacturing, part processing, heat treatment, quality inspection, and machine assembly.
The manufacturing of tools and fixtures required to ensure the normal operation of the process, as well as the adjustment and maintenance of the machine tool, belong to auxiliary processes.
