Maintenance and care precautions for hydraulic metal balers

The maintenance and lubrication of the metal baler require attention to the machine's upkeep and lubrication. It is essential to strictly follow the maintenance manual for regular maintenance. First, ensure that the machine remains dry and does not come into contact with large amounts of rainwater or have wet items placed on it.
The following are maintenance precautions for the metal baler for reference:
(1) Clear the waste and dirt from the machine's material box once a week.
(2) Clean and lubricate the sliding plate, middle knife, and front top knife once a month.
(3) Every three months, after performing the above two maintenance tasks, add lubricating oil to all bearing points.
(4) Supplement the oil in the gearbox of the reducer once every two years.
(5) Pay attention to several parts that should not be oiled: 1. The feed and return belt rollers, 2. All belts, 3. The slipping plate and surrounding areas.
(6) When adding oil, it should be done in moderation and not excessively, to avoid malfunctions of the micro switch due to oil immersion.
