The process of machining parts is a direct alteration of the appearance of raw materials, turning them into semi-finished or waste products. This process is referred to as the process flow, which is also the machining process benchmark for parts. The process flow for precision mechanical parts machining is increasingly complex.
The machining process benchmarks for precision mechanical parts can be categorized according to different processes: casting, forging, stamping, welding, heat treatment, machining, assembly, and so on. This refers to the overall process of CNC machining and machine assembly for the entire part, while other processes such as cleaning, inspection, equipment maintenance, and oil seals are merely auxiliary processes. The turning method alters the surface properties of materials or semi-finished products, and CNC machining is one of the main processes in the industry.
The process benchmarks for precision mechanical parts machining include positioning benchmarks, which are the benchmarks used by the lathe or fixture during machining on a CNC lathe; measurement benchmarks, which usually refer to the dimensions or positional standards that need to be adhered to during inspection; and assembly benchmarks, which typically refer to the positional standards of parts during the assembly process.
Precision mechanical parts machining requires the production of high-quality and stable products. To achieve this goal, workers must have rich experience in mechanical processing and solid skills. It is well known that mechanical processing is a precise job that requires strong skills to perform well.

Both production and management inevitably require a complete set of processes, which serve to produce perfect products.
