  Under normal conditions of mechanical processing, requests for employees are very strict, and tasks must be completed within the specified time. In the consumption process, those processes directly related to the transformation of raw materials into products are called process processes. It includes blank manufacturing, part processing, heat treatment, quality inspection, and machine assembly.

  The manufacturing of tools and fixtures required to ensure the normal stopping of the process, as well as the adjustment and maintenance of machine tools, belong to auxiliary processes. In the process, the method of processing mechanical parts in Dalian gradually changes the shape, size, relative position, and performance of the blank in a certain order until it becomes a qualified part, which is called the mechanical processing process.

  Technical personnel in mechanical processing determine the process to be used based on product quantity, equipment conditions, and worker quality, and write the relevant content into process documents, which are called process specifications. To facilitate the preparation, execution, and management of process specifications, the process needs to be divided into different levels of units. They are processes, devices, workstations, steps, and tool paths.

  In mechanical processing, the process is the fundamental unit of the process. The mechanical processing process of a part consists of several processes. A process may contain one or several devices, each device may contain one or several workstations, each workstation may contain one or several steps, and each step may include one or several tool paths.

  Forced vibration in mechanical processing is caused by the action of external periodic disturbance forces on the process system. The forced vibration in mechanical processing is no different from that in ordinary machinery, and the frequency of forced vibration is the same as or a multiple of the frequency of the disturbance force.
