There are many types of machining in fact, machining refers to the process of using industrial equipment to change the specifications or characteristics of steel parts. What types of machining are commonly used nowadays? Today we will introduce a few in detail.

Cutting (cutting, slicing): Cutting is the process of removing metal materials, and it is key for creating grooves and designing parallel surfaces, which can connect 2-axis or 3-axis to produce arc-shaped holes: Boring is the process of expanding or further processing holes or forged holes on steel parts. It is mainly used for producing large, high-precision holes.

Planing: The main feature of planing is the surface processing of designing parallel planes, and the roughness is generally lower than that of CNC lathes. Vertical drilling: CNC tools are actually vertical planers, and their CNC blades move up and down, particularly suitable for non-precise circular processing, mainly used for drilling certain types of gears.

Cutting (flat cutting, neck vein cutting, internal thread cutting, special tool cutting, etc.): Cutting is a processing method that uses grinding wheels to remove metal materials, resulting in precise steel specifications and clean surfaces. It is important for the final deep processing of steel that has been heat-treated to achieve accurate specifications. Twist drill: The twist drill uses a rotating twist drill to drill holes in solid metal parts, where the steel part is precisely positioned and clamped, and the unfastened twist drill not only rotates but also moves along its centerline.
