Naturally, the precision requirements during the processing are high, for example, in the processing of precision mechanical components.
During the processing of precision mechanical components, a digital program-controlled profile system is widely used on milling machines, which includes a widely applicable process capability, simple and reliable, and low-cost phase systems. These systems are adopted by many factories, especially for controlling the processing of precision mechanical parts with large flat surfaces.
Correctly compiling the control program is one of the main conditions to ensure the quality of precision mechanical component processing. For digital program-controlled phase systems, the preparation of the control program is carried out using an automatic program preparation system, and its quality level largely depends on the cost of preparing the control program.
Another source of processing errors arises from manually controlled equipment. These errors include occasional errors in the process system and systematic errors. Among all processing errors, systematic errors play a major role, which can lead to a series of CNC process system errors in the overall processing of precision mechanical components.
For example, gaps, which are similar to the inflexibility in the drive chain of machine tools, but do not include the gaps in the reverse drive chain; the amplification factor of unstable transmission; phase errors on the control program tape; and the periodic stepping instability of sensor responses, mainly manifested as instability in the phase mode.
