During the drilling process on a drilling machine, under normal conditions, the drill bit should simultaneously complete two movements: the main movement, which is the rotational movement of the drill bit around its axis (cutting motion); and the auxiliary movement, which is the linear movement of the drill bit along the axis towards the workpiece (feeding motion). During drilling, the quality of processing is mainly affected by defects in the structure of the drill bit, resulting in a processing accuracy generally below IT10 level, with a surface roughness of about Ra12.5μm, which is classified as rough machining.
Multi-axis CNC machining can simultaneously control the linkage of more than four coordinate axes, combining functions such as CNC milling, CNC boring, and CNC drilling. After a single clamping, multiple processes such as milling, boring, and drilling can be performed on the machining surface, effectively preventing positioning errors caused by repeated setups, shortening the production cycle, and improving processing accuracy.
The electroplating of metals is a process that occurs through electrolysis, specifically through the reduction reaction of metal ions at the cathode in an electrolytic cell and the electrocrystallization process that generates a metal layer on the solid surface. The purpose is to change the surface properties of solid materials or to produce metal materials with specific compositions and properties.
Induction heating: The workpiece is placed inside an inductor, which is usually a hollow copper tube that inputs medium frequency or high frequency alternating current (300-300000Hz or higher). An alternating magnetic field generates an induced current of the same frequency in the workpiece. This induced current is distributed unevenly in the workpiece, being strong on the surface and weak inside, approaching zero at the core. Utilizing this skin effect, the surface of the workpiece can be rapidly heated, with the surface temperature rising to 800-1000℃ within a few seconds, while the temperature increase at the core is minimal.
